Cosmo Wrld Returns Policy

At Cosmo Wrld, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please carefully review our returns policy below:  

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
- Items purchased under the "Limited" Promotional Drop are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order.  
- The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.  

Returnable Items:  
- All other items on our website can be returned within 14 days of being received.  
- Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of a Cosmo Wrld gift card, which can be used for future purchases.  

How to Process a Return: 
1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@cosmowrld.com to initiate the return process.  
   - Please include your order number and the reason for the return.  
2. Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.  
3. Shipping Costs:
   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  
   - We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.  

Condition of Returned Items:  
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.  
- Cosmo Wrld reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.  

Faulty or Incorrect Items: 
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email support@cosmowrld.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.  

Refund Processing:  
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund and issue a gift card within 7 business days.  
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
