Is my payment information secure?
Yes — 100%. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) and work with trusted payment processors like Stripe and PayPal. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Shop with complete peace of mind.
What if the item doesn't fit or I change my mind?
We offer easy exchanges in the form of a full-value store gift card within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached. The gift card can be used anytime on cxsmo.com — no expiration, no minimums.
Are your products high quality and worth the price?
Absolutely. Every piece is made from premium materials (heavyweight cotton, durable hardware) and garment-dyed for that lived-in feel from day one. We stand behind our quality — if anything isn’t right, we make it right with our 14-day exchange policy and 24/7 support. You’re investing in streetwear built to last.
What if the product fades, pills, or doesn’t hold up over time?
We stand behind every piece we make. Our garments are crafted from premium heavyweight cotton (often 350–600gsm) and garment-dyed for that intentional lived-in look from day one. If anything doesn’t meet our quality standards (excessive fading beyond normal wear, pilling, stitching issues, etc.), reach out within 90 days of purchase — we’ll issue a full-value store gift card so you can grab a fresh one. Real talk, real fixes, 24/7 support always ready to make it right.
